Why can't I export the the "View" data to Excel?

The content in the columns and rows/tables/grids of many of the View pages in ConsoleWorks (View Consoles, View Users, View Events, and so on) can be exported to Microsoft(R) Excel(R). You might, however, find that you first need to enable this feature in Internet Explorer (R). (This feature does not work in other browsers.)
If you see this error dialog, it just means that you need to add your ConsoleWorks server as a trusted host in the security settings.
In IE, from the menu, click Tools > Internet Options and then click the Security tab, and then select Trusted Sites and click Sites.
Add your ConsoleWorks server as a trusted site and click Close.
Next, with Trusted sites still selected, in the Security level for this zone group, click Custom level. Find the Initialize and script AciveX controls not marked as safe for scripting option, and mark it either Enable or Prompt.
Click OK, and then click the next OK and you should be good to go!...though you might need to restart your browser.
