Offline Registration

For those rare ocassions when online registration doesn't work (you're behind a firewall, for example), here are the steps to register ConsoleWorks offline.

Open your internet browswer and log in to ConsoleWorks. Click "ADMIN", "Server Management", "Registration".

This opens the Registration window. Click "Register Offline".

The ConsoleWorks Offline Registration tab will open. Click on the "This file attached" link, noted below:

This will bring up the File Download dialog box, seen here. Click on "Save". . .

...Which will in turn bring up the Save As dialog box. Ensure that you remember where you saved this file!

Attach that file to an email to support@tditx.com. Soon you'll receive a response that will contain your "Success File". Save that file to a location on your hard drive where you'll remember where you put it.

[edit] Complete Offline Registration

Again, open your internet browswer and log in to ConsoleWorks. Click "ADMIN", "Server Management", "Registration" as above. This time, click the "Complete My Offline Registration" link in the upper right corner of the Registration window.

This will bring up the Offline Registration Completion dialog box, seen here:

Click on the "Browse..." button and navigate to where you saved the "success.txt" file that you received from TDI Support.

Click on "Open" to load the success.txt into ConsoleWorks:

Now click the "OK" button on the Offline Registration Completion dialog box in ConsoleWorks:

This will result in the Registration Status box appearing:
