How do I know what events have Automatic Actions?

Report Wizard – Creating a report to view current Automatic Actions

Beginning with version 3 of ConsoleWorks, you can use the ConsoleWorks Report Wizard to see what Automatic Actions are set for each Event and Console.

Go to >Reports >Report Wizard

Press Configure new Report

  • Select Event name from ConsoleWorks configuration

Press Next

  • Select Automatic Action

Press Next

  • Select Console Event Occurred on (Optional)

Press Next

  • Select Event Description, Throttling Enabled, Parameter, TimeFrame, Contact

Press Next

Give it a name such as Auto Actions Report, optionally describe it and Press Finish You can then Right Click the green Run Icon and select Open link in New Window You’ll want to repeat this process for Acknowledge Actions, Purge Actions, and Scheduled Occurrences if you have actions associated with those as well.
