Error no namespaces found error when attempting to add a New Record to a WMI console

The 'no namespace found' error is most often caused by incorrect credentials associated with the ConsoleWorks server, especially if a WMI console can be created that works sucessfully with the local node. The solution is very simple:

1. Create a sufficiently privileged domain account to be used for the ConsoleWorks server.
2. Change the ConsoleWorks server to use this account.
3. Restart the ConsoleWorks service.
4. Retry the creation of the WMI records in the WMI console.

Remember to change the ConsoleWorks service configurations on all nodes of a cluster if ConsoleWorks has already been associated with a Cluster Resource and is running as a generic service.
